Sidney Borenstein through the entity Garrison Partners LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Metropolitan Commercial Bank valued at $12 million for five industrial condominium units (IB) at 1164 Garrison Avenue in Hunts Point, Bronx.
The deal closed on April 26, 2021 and was recorded on May 12, 2021.
The five properties have 26,119 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $459 per the PincusCo analysis.
