Sidharth Lakhani through the entity 180 Scholes Street, LLC paid $18.1 million to Juda Rosenfeld through the entity Jr 180 Scholes LLC for 34-unit rental (C1) at 180 Scholes Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on November 8, 2021 and was recorded on November 23, 2021.
The property has 52,500 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $343 per the PincusCo analysis.
