Shore View signs $28.8M refi loan with Sterling National for nursing home in Brighton Beach

Shore View Real Estate Holding LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Sterling National Bank valued at $28.8 million for 10 parcels including the Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation (I6) at 2865 Brighton 3rd Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 19, 2021 and was recorded on May 19, 2021.
The 10 properties have 94,903 square feet of built space and 31,065 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 125,978 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $302 and the price per buildable square foot is $228 per the PincusCo analysis.
