Sherry Netherland unit sells for $17M

Chati One LLC acquired an interest from Further Rye Associates valued at $17 million for the cooperative unit 101 at the Sherry Netherland at 781 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on March 3, 2021 and was recorded on March 16, 2021.

Over the past five years, there have been 17 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this co-op building valued at more than $20,000. There were 17 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $7,915,200.
