Shuangjing Pan through Flushing Yongsheng Realty LLC paid Leonard Scarola and Michael Baccellieri’s Shea Building Corp. $10 million for 126-56 Northern Boulevard in Elmhurst. The deal closed on May 22, 2020, and was recorded on July 17, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class fireproof warehouse (E1). The property is 17,105 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 71,184 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $140.

The contract date was December 12, 2020.
