Milind Suvarnakar’s Shanti Pharmacy through the entity 76 Graham Brooklyn LLC paid $3.8 million to Max Katz through the entity Maxaron LLC for the mixed-use retail building (K4) at 76 Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The expected use is owner-occupied.
