Shahin Daneshyar through the entity Aryasd Management LLC paid $4 million to Rose Urban Strategies through the entity Nba Apartments LLC for mixed-use building (K4) at 650 East Fordham Road in Belmont/Little Italy, Bronx.
The deal closed on October 19, 2021 and was recorded on November 10, 2021.

The property has 6,300 square feet of built space and 22,543 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 28,866 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $626 and the price per buildable square foot is $136 per the PincusCo analysis.
