Semyon Vays through the entity 2425 Sum Associates LLC paid Thaler Realty Corp. $6.7 million for 5101 Avenue U, 2475 Flatbush Avenue, 2461 Flatbush Avenue in Mill Basin. The deal closed on April 24, 2020, and was recorded on June 16, 2020. The transaction consists of 3 parcels, including the tax class one-story store building (K1). The parcel(s) have total development potential of 15,224 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $438.

Douglas Stander was signatory for the seller, which has owned the three parcels since 1947, 1971 and 1973. The sale went into contract December 23, 2019.
