Samuel Karpf through the entity Fairview Residence LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending, L.P. valued at $9.0 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) and containing 15 residential units at 8 Fairview Place in East Flatbush. The deal closed on October 25, 2019 and was recorded on November 8, 2019.

The average loan per unit is $600,000.
