Samuel Grunbaum buys $4.9M note secured by Hindy Klein’s office building in Sunset Park

Samuel Grunbaum through the entity Bedstuy JGL LLC bought a note from Popular Bank with an original principal of $4.9 million from Hindy Klein, Bella Steinmetz and Melissa Goldberger secured by the office property at 266 47th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 15, 2021 and was recorded on April 28, 2021.
The property has 25,500 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data.
The owner bought the property on June 13, 2016, for $5.5 million.
The signatory for Popular Bank was Ezra Escamilla.
