John Bianco of Samson Management through the entity Astoria 37 Units LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bank Leumi valued at $15.5 million for 1 parcel containing 38 residential units at 31-19 37th Street in Astoria. The deal closed on April 3, 2020 and was recorded on April 7, 2020.

The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 38 residential units on February 28, 2020.
Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. Of those there was one major renovation application including a certificate of occupancy change (A1) filed with a total estimated value of $22,455.
