Sam Chang borrows $11.2M from Sterling National for condo property in College Point

McSam Hotel Group through the entity Wv Marina Properties LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Sterling National Bank valued at $11.2 million for 44 parcels, including the tax class commercial and residential condominium units and containing 31 residential units at 14-34 110th Street in College Point. The deal closed on July 1, 2020 and was recorded on September 3, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $361,290.
The last time the property sold was September 19, 2016, for $16,000,000.
