Saint Mary’s Hospital For Children as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender NYS Dormitory Authority which assigned it to bondholders, valued at $76.1 million for 5 parcels, including the tax class hospitals, sanitariums, mental institutions (I1) at 29-15 216th Street, 29 Avenue, 28-55 216th Street, 29 Avenue, 29 Avenue in Bayside. The deal closed on November 15, 2019 and was recorded on November 21, 2019.
