Sadik Mann borrows $14M from Safra National Bank to refi portfolio in Flatbush

Sadik Mann through the entity 23 Newkirk Plaza LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Safra National Bank valued at $14.2 million for 9 parcels, including the tax class two-story or store and office (K2) and containing 10 residential units at 817 Rogers Avenue, 1383 Flatbush Avenue, 1377 Flatbush Avenue, 1814 Church Avenue, 1373 Flatbush Avenue, and others in Flatbush. The deal closed on February 5, 2020 and was recorded on April 9, 2020.

This refinance package includes $3.3 million in new debt.
