Sabharwal Properties receives TCO for 133K sf storage building in Staten Island
Sabharwal Properties, on October 30, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 133,460-square-foot storage building at 266 Wild Avenue in Travis, Staten Island.
The plans, pre-filed on June 26, 2017, call for the construction of a 42-foot tall, four-story building. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years and five months.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story self-service storage facility and accessory office, accessory outdoor parking for fifty motor vehicles and four loading berths.
The four-story structure has an office on the ground floor level, according to the plans. The building’s Schedule A indicates there is actually parking spaces for 150 vehicles, in addition to the four loading berths outside of the building.
