The deal closed on January 16, 2020, and was recorded on January 31, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof with stores (D7) and containing 22 residential units. The property is 13,662 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 13,662 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $450,000.
This is the second building Sabet Group has purchased from Bonnet since December. The other was for $7 million in Soho.
