RXR Realty signs $143.1M refi with MetLife for four properties in Fort Greene

RXR Realty through the entity RXR 810 Fulton LI Owner LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender MetLife through the entity Metlife Real Estate Lending LLC valued at $143.1 million for four condo (SC) units at 810 Fulton Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 7, 2021 and was recorded on July 19, 2021.
The four properties have 320,419 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $446 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for RXR Realty was Todd Rechler.
(320597083)The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 363 residential units on June 30, 2020.
Within a 400-foot radius of 810 Fulton Street, PincusCo identified one commercial real estate item of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
It was a new building permit issued on July 8, 2020 for a 38,004-square-foot R-2 building with 43 residential units residential units at 445 Vanderbilt Avenue.
