RSP Companies pays $3.58M for 11 apartments in Murray Hill condo

R. Scott Prosser’s RSP Companies, through the entity RSP 38 Property LLC, paid Marc Friedman’s Cheltenham Sponsor, LLC $3.575 million for 11 condo units at 155 East 38th Street in Murray Hill. The deal closed on October 16, 2020, and was recorded on October 29, 2020. The transaction consists of 11 parcel, including the tax class high-rise condominium apartment/elevated, residential unit (R4).

The individual units ranged between 484 square feet and 1,173 square feet, for a total of 8,080 square feet, for an average price per square foot of $442 per square foot.
