Ronald Perelman signs $60M refi loan with Bank of America for office in Lenox Hill
Ronald Perelman|MacAndrews and Forbes Incorporated through the entity 27 Holdings 1 LLC as borrower signed a refi loan agreement with lender Bank of America through the entity Bank Of America, N.A. valued at $60 million for the office building at 27 East 62nd Street in Lenox Hill, Manhattan. The building has a single residence as well as commercial space, according to a 2018 temporary certificate of occupancy.
The deal closed on April 9, 2021 and was recorded on April 23, 2021.
Perelman sold two properties on the block to the Chapman Group in transfers recorded last week totaling $35 million.
The property 27 East 62nd Street has 50,068 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 22,896 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $1,198 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 19-Sep-14, for $120.0 million.
