One of those three items was a sale which Leslie, Holly bought the 4,084-square-foot, two-unit two-family building (B3) on 167 State Street for $6.9 million from Quint, Barbara L on February 24, 2026.
Of those three items, two were loans above $5 million totaling $20.8 million. The most recent of the two was Alexander Maroni and Bren Salamon in which borrowed $5.5 million from Peapack-Gladstone Bank secured by the 4,100-square-foot, five-unit rental (C2) on 151 State Street on September 24, 2024.
