Rockrose pays $13M to Heatherwood for LIC industrial buildings

The Elghanayan family’s Rockrose Development through the entity 27-34 Jackson L.L.C. paid Heatherwood Luxury Rentals’s 1214 Qst LLC $13 million for 43-12 Queens Street and 43-14 Queens Street in Long Island City. The deal closed on November 18, 2020 and was recorded on December 2, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class light manufacturing building (F5). Both are single story and are adjacent.

The contract date was November 18, 2019, according to the transfer document. The signatory for Heatherwood was company president Douglas S. Patrick. Heatherwood is based in Commack, New York. The last time the property sold was January 10, 2008 for $3,700,000.
