Rockrose Development through the entity RRDC Properties L.L.C. signed an option agreement with Concord Village Owners for a portion of the complex that is now a parking lot, at 71 Sands Street in Dumbo. The deal closed on June 27, 2019, and was recorded on February 13, 2020.
Concord Village is a large cooperative complex with more than 1,000 units.
This is a first right to purchase or net lease the property. The right exists for ten years. Avery Hall Investments also sought to execute a development deal with Concord Village Owners.
Rockrose recorded a memorandum of contract to buy a parcel in Fort Greene, and yesterday the firm recorded the $26 million purchase of a parcel adjacent to its Eagle Lofts apartment building in Long Island City.
