Rockey Ren pays $12.7M for two Maspeth warehouses

Rockey Ren through the entity Ren Empire Realty Inc. paid $12.7 million to Jon Ardeljan through the entity Ardel Enterprises #4 Ltd for an industrial (E1) building at 58-97 57th Street in Maspeth, Queens and an industrial (G7) building at N/A Rust Street in Maspeth, Queens.
The deal closed on May 10, 2021 and was recorded on May 24, 2021.
The two properties have 30,000 square feet of built space and 9,970 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 40,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $421 and the price per buildable square foot is $316 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Jon Ardeljan was Jon Ardeljan. The signatory for Rockey Ren was Rockey Ren.
