Rockefeller Group Development sells $18.9M resi condo unit in NoMad

The entity Urban Canopy Holdings A LLC paid $18.9 million to Rockefeller Group Development through the entity Rg-29th Owner I LLC for residential condominium unit PH42A at 30 East 29th Street in NoMad, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 7, 2021 and was recorded on February 17, 2022.

The signatory for Rockefeller Group Development was Kurt Drstvensek. The signatory for Urban Canopy Holdings A LLC was Alex Vaysbaum.

On the tax block, the majority, or 51 percent of the 2 million square feet of built space are office buildings, with residential elevator buildings next occupying 36 percent of the space.

Of those 11 items, two were for major renovation including a certificate of occupancy change. They were two permits with a total initial cost of $861,360. The most recent of these two items was the permit on August 13, 2020 for a 1,618-square-foot M building with one residential units at 15 East 30th St.
Of those 11 items, two were sales above $5 million totaling $388.1 million. The most recent of the two was Global Holdings Management Group which bought the 407,555-square-foot, 406-unit rental (D8) on 7 East 28th Street for $380.6 million from Los Angeles County Employees’ Retirement Association on February 24, 2020.
Of those 11 items, seven were loans above $5 million totaling $780.6 million. The most recent of the seven was Mayer Chemtob which borrowed $13.4 million from Argentic Investment Management secured by the 34,000-square-foot, eight-unit office building (O6) on 37 East 28th Street on December 7, 2020.
