Robert Rosenberg through the entity BEH Acquisitions LLC paid Center Development Corporation’s Kingsbridge-Decatur Phase I Associates, L.P. $7.7 million for 2661 Decatur Avenue, 2657 Decatur Avenue, 2653 Decatur Avenue, 2649 Decatur Avenue in Riverdale. The deal closed on September 14, 2020, and was recorded on September 25, 2020. The transaction consists of 4 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, miscellaneous (D9) and containing 80 residential units. The parcels have total built space and development potential of 91,236 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $96,108.
