Rivka Gold through the entity 931-955 Coney Island Ave LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Citibank through the entity Citi Real Estate Funding Inc. valued at $18 million for a 48-unit rental condo unit and a commercial condo unit at 931 Coney Island Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on September 1, 2021 and was recorded on September 21, 2021.
The two properties have 70,765 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $254 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
