Richard Friesner, Aimee Telsey pay Kenneth Lerer, Katherine Sailer $18M for El Dorado co-op

Richard Friesner and Aimee Telsey acquired co-op unit 15/16 from Kenneth Lerer and Katherine Sailer through the entity valued at $18 million in the 204-unit El Dorado at 300 Central Park West in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 9, 2021 and was recorded on May 6, 2021.

This is unit 15/16. Lerer, a former BuzzFeed chairman and a co-founder of the Huffington Post, sold the unit. He recently sold a Miami property for $25 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.  The buyers, including chemist Richard Friesner, were married in 1994.
