Riad Sukkarieh pays $2.5M for 5-unit rental in Greenpoint

Riad Sukkarieh through the company 103 India LLC paid $2.5 million to John J. Hospodarek and Christine J. O’Toole for the five-unit rental (C2) at 103 India Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 7, 2021 and was recorded on May 19, 2021.
The property has 4,125 square feet of built space and 875 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 5,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $601 and the price per buildable square foot is $496 per the PincusCo analysis.

The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development included John Hospodarek, individual owner and John Hospodarek, site manager.
