Retail condo in Tribeca sells for $2.2M
Chung Chieh Wan and Ronald Edward Donchez through the entity Wld Ny LLC paid $2.2 million to Oren Eisenbaum through the entity Meda 18 LLC for the retail condominium at 88 Laight Street in Tribeca, Manhattan.
The deal closed on December 30, 2021 and was recorded on February 17, 2022.
The property has 1,811 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,214 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The seller bought the property on April 19, 2007, for $1.6 million.
The signatory for Oren Eisenbaum was Oren Eisenbaum. The signatory for Chung Chieh Wan and Ronald Edward Donchez was Chung Chieh Wan.
This is for a commercial condo at unit 1. Ronald Edward Donchez was a signatory on the acquisition loan for the property.

Of those nine items, four were loans above $5 million totaling $146.5 million. The most recent of the four was Iliad Realty Group which borrowed $66.5 million from Deutsche Bank secured by the 61,250-square-foot, 26-unit rental (D5) on 260 West Street on December 15, 2021.
