Lien of common charges totaling $76K at the The Corinthian Condominium. The liens, ranging in price from $10,646 to $38,805, were filed on three units at the condo located at 330 East 38th Street in Murray Hill. LINK

20 units coming to Bensonhurst: 20-unit new building filed at 1807 66th Street in Bensonhurst by Benjamin Clyburn. Parcel acquired for $6,020,000 in 2017. LINK

$863K rehab in Park Slope: Habitat Living NYC filed plans to rehab all floors of the four-story resi building with four units. The building was purchased for just shy of $3 million last month. LINK

$10K lien of common charges at Boro Park Village Condominium, unit B-3B, at 1850 52nd Street, Borough Park. Moses and Chaya Kisner are the owners of the unit. LINK

$70K relocation lien on Brighton Beach 2-fam: The city filed a $70,814 relocation lien against a 2-family at 410 Oceanview Avenue in Brighton Beach bought in 2012 for $525,000.

Three single-family homes coming to Breezy Point: three single-family buildings planned at 19 Gotham Walk, 192 Bedford Avenue, and 193 Bedford Avenue by Christopher Norton. The parcels were purchased for $500K in 2019. 

Two units coming to Bayside: two-unit new building filed at 40-20 217th Street in Bayside by Jianyun Liu. Parcel acquired for $850,000 in December of 2020. LINK
