Related sells condo at Zaha Hadid-designed Highline project for $12.6M

Justin Leverenz and Nancy Hu paid $12.6 million to Related Companies’ 28th Highline Associates, L.L.C. for a condo (SC) unit at 520 West 28th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. The late architect Zaha Hadid designed the building.
The deal closed on April 22, 2021 and was recorded on May 7, 2021.
The property has 6,011 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 0 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,096 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for 28th Highline Associates, L.L.C. was Adam Braunschweiger. The signatory for Justin Leverenz and Nancy Hu was Amy Whelan.
