Related Companies files two applications for $84M in renovations at the Time Warner Center
Two permit applications totaling $84 million worth of renovations were filed May 4 for work on 10 floors at 10 Columbus Circle at the Time Warner Center. The rehab will be done by Gensler, according to the plans.
The plans call for a renovation of 10 floors of the 750-foot tall, 54-story, building.
The first project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $54,249,000. It is for floors 5 and 14 through 18.
The second project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $29,999,000. It is for floors 13 and 19 through 21.
Related Companies has now filed for over $200 million worth of renovations at the Time Warner Center in the last two months. On March 19 the firm filed two permit applications totaling $82 million for work on floors SC2, CEL, 1, and 6 through 10. They followed that up on April 21 by filing a permit application for a $51 million rehab on the 11th floor.
