Three permit applications totaling $721,000 worth of rehabs were filed June 22 for work on multiple floors at the Time Warner Center at 10 Columbus Circle. The work will be done by Thornton Tomasetti, inc., according to the plans.
The plans call for a rehab of 11 floors of the 750-foot tall, 54-story, building.
Related Companies has filed for north of $200 million worth of renovations at the Time Warner Center in the last several months. On March 19 two permit applications totaling $82 million were filed for work on floors SC2, CEL, 1, and 6 through 10. On April 21 a permit application for a $51 million rehab on the 11th floor was filed. On May 4 two permit applications were filed for $84 million worth of renovations on 10 floors.

The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $600,000. It is for floors 5 and 14 through 19.

The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $100,000. It is for floors 13, 14 and 19 through 21.
The third project is described in the filings as: structural modifications as per plans filed herewith. general construction. No change of use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $21,000. It is for floors 8 through 10.
