The project is described in the filing as: construction of a new 12-story affordable housing building as per plans filed herewith.
The larger building is expected to have retail and one apartment on the ground floor, 50 apartments each on floors two through eight, 45 units each on floors nine and 10, and 44 units each on floors 11 and 12.
