THE REAL ESTATE BOARD OF NEW YORK HELD ITS 123RD ANNUAL GALA AT THE NEW YORK HILTON MIDTOWN
The predictability of the Real Estate Board of New York’s annual gala stands in contrast to the moody market which is seeing surging office leasing but weak retail leasing; rising investment sales and weak residential sales.
The 123rd gala provided the constancy a broker or owner might take some comfort in, seeing familiar colleagues in the familiar setting of the New York Hilton Midtown. And awards being given to — mostly — familiar names: Daniel Tishman, Diane Ramirez, Helena Durst, among others.
