RB Realty Capital signs $22.3M construction loan with Dime for development in Flushing

RB Realty Capital through the entity Vp Capital Holdings LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Dime Community Bank valued at $22.3 million for the development site (V1) at 77-39 Vleigh Place in Flushing, Queens.
The deal closed on August 11, 2021 and was recorded on September 1, 2021.
(420664463) Plans for a 40,079 square-foot building were filed on October 5, 2018.
The loan price per buildable square foot is $556 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on 10-Jul-18, for $6.5 million.
The signatory for RB Realty Capital was Avi Matatov.

Avi Matatov is a principal at RB Realty Capital.
