RAL Development Services sets Brooklyn record with $20M penthouse sale

RAL Development Services sold a penthouse unit in Brooklyn Heights for $20.3 million, the highest price ever paid for a home in the borough, according to published reports.
The Quay Tower Trust paid RAL Development Services’s Landing A Associates LLC $20.3 million for condo unit PH1A at 50 Bridge Park Drive in Brooklyn Heights. The deal closed on April 3, 2020, and was recorded on April 14, 2020. The property is 7,433 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $2,731.
