Campbell Willa LLC paid RAL Development Services’s Landing A Associates LLC $10.2 million for condo unit 26A at Quay Towers at 50 Bridge Park Drive in Brooklyn Heights. The deal closed on May 19, 2020, and was recorded on June 3, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).

RAL sold another penthouse unit in this building for $20.3 million which set a single-family record in Brooklyn.
