Rabsky Group borrows $71M from Bank Leumi for property in East Williamsburg

Rabsky Group through the entity Harrison Realty LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bank Leumi through the entity Bank Leumi USA valued at $70.5 million for 5 parcels, including the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7) at 334 Wallabout Street, Walton Street, 174 Harrison Avenue, 249 Wallabout Street, 243 Wallabout Street in East Williamsburg. The deal closed on December 30, 2019 and was recorded on January 2, 2020.

The last time the property sold was July 31, 2012, for $12,750,000.
