Quinlan Development in contract to buy industrial in Gowanus
Quinlan Development Group through the entity Q 374 LLC signed a contract with no price specified with Susan Rattner through the entity 374 Fourth Avenue Realty LLC to buy the industrial (G9) building at 376 4th Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
The memorandum of contract was signed on July 7, 2021 and was recorded on July 19, 2021.
The property has 17,940 square feet of built space and 22,000 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 40,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
Rattner bought the property on 18-Jan-12, for $7 million.
The signatory for Susan Rattner was Susan Rattner. The signatory for Quinlan Development Group was Timothy Quinlan.
The memorandum says the sale should close by December 1, 2022.
