Damien Smith’s Prosper Property Group through the entity 63 Pitt Street LLC paid Paul Stallings’s 6 Strong Realty LLC $10.5 million for 63 and 61 Pitt Street in Lower East Side. The deal closed on July 1, 2020, and was recorded on July 13, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7). The property is square feet.
