Prologis pays $22M for warehouse in Ridgewood

Prologis through the entity Queens Logistics Center 1 LLC paid Michael Ghitelman’s Willowen Management Corp. $21.5 million for 24 Woodward Avenue in Ridgewood. The deal closed on December 23, 2019, and was recorded on December 26, 2019. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class fireproof warehouse (E1). The property is 120,000 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 120,000 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $179.

This is the fourth warehouse Prologis has purchased since September. The other three were in Brooklyn, with sale prices from $14 million to $6.75 million.
