Prana Investments paid $13.75 million to Martin Kirzner for five multifamily properties with 105 units in Central Harlem in four separate transactions.
In the first, Prana through the entity 55 W. 129th St. NYC LLC paid Martin Kirzner’s 55 West 129 LLC $5.2 million for 55 West 129th Street in Central Harlem. The deal closed on April 14, 2020, and was recorded on April 22, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 40 residential units. The property is 38,700 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $128,750.
