Poise Property Group through the entity 151 Freeman Street LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender MidFirst Bank valued at $6 million for a project at 151 Freeman Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
On the lot, there is one active new building construction project, 321599267, for a seven-unit, 9,99 square-foot residential (R-2) building. The project was submitted by Asaf Ben-Nun with plans filed December 10, 2020 and permitted July 12, 2021.
The loan closed on March 21, 2025 and was recorded on April 16, 2025.
The owner bought the property on October 10, 2024, for $4.5 million. The signatory for Poise Property Group was Daniel Kaykov .
