The entity JDC New York Properties, LLC paid $18 million to Juergen A. Friedman through the entity Jaf Unit 509 Holdings, LLC for condo (SC) unit 509 at 1 Central Park South in Central Park South, Manhattan. The seller bought the unit for $25.5 million in 2007.
The deal closed on September 1, 2021 and was recorded on September 10, 2021.
The property has 4,284 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $4,201 per the PincusCo analysis.
