Plans filed for 20-unit resi building in University Heights
Zef Perpepaj of Midtown Interior Resources, on October 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 13,632-square-foot residential building at 2605 Sedgwick Avenue in University Heights, the Bronx.
The plans call for the construction of the second residential new building, and third new building over all, in the neighborhood so far this year. Last year there were five plans filed.
The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00588048. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor. The seventh floor will have recreational space.
