Nathan Silverman submitted a new building construction project for a 100-room, 49,566 square-foot homeless shelter at 1 Wadsworth Terrace in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on October 11, 2024 under job number M01121583. It calls for the construction of a seven-story building.
