Pinnacle Group has condo declaration recorded at 132-40 Sanford Avenue in Flushing

A condominium declaration was recorded for a 93-unit project Joel Wiener’s Pinnacle Group is developing in Flushing. The declaration was filed June 12, 2020. The declaration is a required step a building must take before condo units can be sold.

The building known as the Summit at Infinity 8 with an address 132-40 Sanford Avenue,  has 93 residential units and 10 other units with a total sell out price of $52.5 million, according to the state Attorney General’s website. The condominium plan, number CD180122, has yet to be declared effective. Pinnacle Group filed for the condo declaration on April 14, 2020. The condo declaration lists 94 residential units.

On May 21, 2019, plans were filed with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for a condominium subdivision into 95 residential tax lots #1401 to #1495.

Over the past five years, there have been 13 NYC Department of Buildings permit applications filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There were 13 renovation/alteration projects (A2) applied for with a total estimated value of $1,509,120.
