Pine Management signs $13.1M refi with New York Community Bank for four rentals in Upper West Side

Pine Management through the entity Epic Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender New York Community Bank through the entity New York Community Bank valued at $13.1 million for four rentals including the 20-unit rental (C7) at 211 West 80th Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan, 20-unit rental (C7) at 209 West 80th Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan, and 18-unit rental (C7) at 207 West 80th Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 1, 2021 and was recorded on September 28, 2021.
The four properties have 45,780 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $286 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
