Pinchos Loketch pays $14.2M to Jacob Sofer for rental in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Pinchos Loketch through the entity Bedskill Holdings LLC paid $14.2 million to Jacob Sofer through the entity 10 Independence Center LLC for 36-unit rental (D9) at 1010 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on April 16, 2021 and was recorded on April 26, 2021.
The contract date was March 24, 2021. Sofer bought the property for $15.98 million, closing on November 25, 2020, after signing a contract on July 28, 2020.
The property has 72,613 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 32,616 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
